About the project

This is a 17,420 square foot  multi-tenant shopping center located on the eastern side of Carmichael Road in Montgomery, Alabama.  This is a highly traveled connection road that links Perry Hill Road traffic to the Eastern Bypass.  The high number of hotels along with school and business traffic promotes a  vibrant local retail market.

The alternating brick veneer architecture with the barrel canopies marking each tenant makes for a unique and attractive retail market style.  The development allows for ample parking (5/thousand) plus adequate service and loading for the tenants.
